Series Big Idea:
Jesus began His teaching ministry with what have become known as the Beatitudes, and the heart of the word “beatitude” is BEAUTIFUL. In the eight beatitudes, Jesus paints a picture of what a truly beautiful, meaningful, fulfilling path it is to become a follower of Jesus. And the beauty of this life is a paradoxical kind of beauty: God’s ways in our lives will seem backwards and upside down.
