Description
Series Overview
Micah 6:8 is a summation of what God wants from us, what it means to be in authentic relationship with Him: act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God. This series will explore what these three things mean and how things would be different if we as Christ-followers/the Church did them.
Session I: What If We Acted Justly?
Big Idea: God’s heart is for us to be people who act justly in all our relationships in all areas of our lives.
Session 2: What if We Loved Mercy?
Big Idea: If we were people who loved mercy, who did all that we could for the sake of the poor and the oppressed, it would not only change the lives of the oppressed, it would change the way the world sees the church and what it means to be a Christ-follower.
Session 3: What If We Walked Humbly with God?
Big Idea: What God wants of us isn’t just about how we treat people, it’s also how we treat and relate to Him. God wants us to be people who walk humbly with Him.
